In injection molding technology, in addition to the gas pressure process, the overmolding technology of filter fabrics and other materials are also part of our expertise.
In die casting we manufacture molds for aluminum, zinc and magnesium articles. The production of vacuum molds is also part of our business.
For some time now, we have been designing and manufacturing molds for magnesium articles that are produced using the thixomolding process. This type of metal injection molding is mainly used for articles in automotive e-mobility, as well as for electric bicycle drives.
We predominantly work for the automotive industry, as well as the optronics, sanitary and house ware industries.
Our aim is to continually increase the level of quality we provide in order to guarantee our customers a maximum of reliability.
Special training for our employees, the use of new and appropriate technologies, delivery on schedule and quality-tested products ensure long-term business relationships. We build moulds up to a size of 1600 x 1200 mm and up to 3000 kgs per half mould.
